How to submit a warranty claim?

In the event that a warranty claim arises, please act as following:
- send to us a warranty claim on emails: serwis@bipcompany.eu or dawid.j@bipcompany.eu
- a warranty claim must contain: model of product, fault description, return address and a copy of bill of sale
Then the service department will send a courier to pick up the faulty device.
The service department is obligated to repair the unit within 14 working days and return the goods to the customer.
